Making A Purchase This could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. Shipping And Handling All orders are shipped by courier on a 48 hour service from time of despatch. Any dates and times quoted for delivery of goods are approximate and we cannot be liable for any delay however caused. If you are not there to receive your goods and a storage charge is made by the courier company it will be chargeable to you the customer.
Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 5 to 7 working days .
Back Orders If the item you ordered is not in stock we will contact you immediately when you will be given the right to cancel your order.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.

Returns Policy We want you to be 100% satisfied with your experience from shopping at our online store. If you are not happy with something you purchased, please return it. A contract of sale will be deemed to exist between Just Pets and you (the customer) from the time that the goods are prepared for despatch from our shop. You should therefore be sure that you read and understand the following

If you are returning goods because they are faulty or because of an error on our part we will gladly give you a 100% refund including carriage costs.

However, if the product is what you ordered we will deduct the carriage charges from your refund and we also reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee.

If your package arrives damaged please report it to us immediately. You must also report any damaged packages to the carrier at the time of receipt. We cannot issue a refund for any damaged product, or carriage charges for that product, if both of these procedures have not been followed.

We refund carriage costs only if the return is a result of our error. If you decide that the product was a mistake on your part the item's postage must be paid by you to return it.

You can cancel your order by telephone before it is shipped. If you are returning an item, please let us know the reason for the return. If, however, the item has had to be especially ordered by us we reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee.
